Creamy Chocolate Frosting
Ingredients:
sugars, granulated
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
butter, without salt
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
vanilla extract
Directions:
In a medium bowl, sift together the confectioner sugar & cocoa powder, set aside.
In a large bowl, cream butter until smooth.
Gradually beat in sugar mixture alternating with evaporated milk.
Blend in vanilla.
Beat until light & fluffy.
If necessary, adjust consistency with more milk or sugar.
