Tomato-Lime Vegetable Dip
Ingredients:
cream, sour, cultured
tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
sauce, ready-to-serve, pepper, tabasco
lime juice, raw
dill weed, fresh
spices, pepper, black
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate, covered, for 1/2 hour.
Serve with raw vegetables cut into decorative pieces.
Use carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, celery etc.
along with unusual vegetables such as fennel, endive and various colored peppers.
