Tabouli Loaded Tomatoes
Ingredients:
1 cup bulgur wheat, 2 cups distilled water, 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley, 1 tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos, 2 chopped large tomatoes, 1/2 cup chopped scallions, 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp minced fresh mint, 4 large tomatoes
Directions:
Soak bulgur in water for one hour, then drain. Mix with parsley, aminos, two chopped tomatoes, scallions, oil, and mint. Refrigerate for one hour. Core four tomatoes to make bowls and fill them with the tabouli mixture. Serve on lettuce.
