Bisquick Mix IIi
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
cream, whipped, cream topping, pressurized
shortening, vegetable, household, composite
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together.
Using electric mixer, blend in shortening until mixture feels like corn meal.
Store in airtight container.
Use baking mix for biscuits, pancakes, etc.
Try using a mixture of 1/2 water and 1/2 plain yogurt w/ dash of lemon juice to make great biscuits!
