CHEF’S MACARONI SALAD
DRESSING
½ cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons purple wine vinegar
1¼ teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
½ teaspoon recently floor black pepper
¼ teaspoon granulated sugar
8 ounces dried elbow macaroni
¼ medium pink onion, finely chopped
2 ribs celery, finely diced
½ cup finely chopped contemporary Italian parsley leaves
TOPPINGS
2 ounces cooked ham, julienned
2 ounces cooked turkey breast, julienned
1 tiny center of romaine, julienned
1 medium, ripe beefsteak tomato, cored, seeded, and finely diced
½ cup coarsely grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 tough-boiled eggs, finely chopped
1. Merge the dressing substances.
