Basil Beer Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
spices, basil, dried
alcoholic beverage, beer, regular, all
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix the flour and sugar.
Stir in the basil, then the beer.
Mix till thoroughly blended, then pour into a well greased 9x5x3" loaf pan.
Bake till a straw inserted in the center comes out clean, about 50 min.
Turn the bread out of the pan and cold on a rack.
Slice the bread thinly.
