Buttermilk Fudge
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
sugars, granulated
leavening agents, baking soda
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat
salt, table
syrups, corn, light
Directions:
Combine soda and buttermilk.
Let stand 3 minutes.
Melt sugar over low heat, stirring.
It will scorch easily.
Add milk mixture and corn syrup.
Bring to boil and cook to soft ball stage.
Let cool.
Beat until thick.
Pour into a buttered pan.
