Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients:
butter, without salt
margarine, regular, 80% fat, composite, stick, without salt
cream, fluid, heavy whipping
cheese, parmesan, hard
cheese, mozzarella, low sodium
spices, pepper, black
spices, garlic powder

Directions:
Melt butter in heavy sauce pan.
Add everything but the mozzarella.
Cook until thick stirring constantly.
Add mozzarella and cook until mozzarella is completely melted.
Serve immediately.
