100% Whole Wheat Raisin & Walnut Rolls
Ingredients:
wheat flours, bread, unenriched
goldsaft sugar beet syrup,
salt, table
oil, olive, salad or cooking
water, bottled, generic
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
raisins, seeded
Directions:
Add all of the ingredients except for the dry yeast, raisins and walnuts into the bread maker.
Add the dry yeast, raisins and walnuts to the specified area in the bread maker.
Set the bread maker to the bread dough course with raisins.
Once the dough is ready, take it out of the machine, separate into 6 equal parts and shape into balls.
Leave the bread to rise in a 40C oven for 90 minutes.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200C.
