Brown Bread--With Leftover Crumbs of Any Kind

Ingredients:
delallo, italian seasoned breadcrumbs,
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat
leavening agents, baking soda
water, bottled, generic
molasses
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
cornmeal, degermed, unenriched, yellow
salt, table
raisins, seeded

Directions:
Let sit overnight---the leftover goodies to make the crumbs and the buttermilk, till the mixture is soft; put through a seive.
Dissolve the baking soda in the hot water and add the molasses; mix together just to blend.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
If more liquid is needed--used hot water a little at a time.
Put in two greased 1-pound coffee cans and steam for 3 hours.
