Crispy Fish With Black Bean, Oyster and Basil Sauce

Ingredients:
oil, olive, salad or cooking
cornstarch
cornstarch
fish, tilapia, raw
sauce, oyster, ready-to-serve
garlic chili sauce,
soup, chicken broth or bouillon, dry
sugars, granulated
spices, basil, dried

Directions:
Place cornstarch in a bowl and dredge the fish through the cornstarch.
Shake off the excess.
Add oil to pan and fry fish on both sides until fish flakes with a fork.
Set aside fish.
In the same pan, add oyster sauce, black bean sauce, chicken stock, sugar and basil.
Mix 1/2 cornstarch to 1/2 tablespoon water in a small bowl and add to the sauce when it comes to a boil.
Cook until sauce thickens.
Pour sauce over fish just before serving.
