Coriander and Cumin Rub
Ingredients:
spices, cumin seed
spices, coriander seed
spices, pepper, black
salt, table
spices, garlic powder
oil, olive, salad or cooking
Directions:
Combine ingredients and rub onto meat.
Place in a zipper-locking plastic bag .
Squeeze out air and refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
Note: Slash your meat in a cross-hatch pattern for deeper flavor penetration prior to slathering on the rub.
