3 ounces cranberry juice
1 ounce lime juice
3 ounces mineral water

1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add juices and mineral water.
3. Shake.
4. Strain into a highball glass with ice.
5. Fill with mineral water.
6. Garnish with a lime wheel.
