Eggless Walnut Brownie
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
sugars, granulated
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
leavening agents, baking soda
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
vanilla extract
nuts, walnuts, english
Directions:
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F/180 degrees C.
2.
Grease a cake mould.
3.
Mix butter and powdered sugar in a bowl with a whisk for 10 minutes till it becomes creamy and fluffy.
Set aside.

Sift together all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda 2 times.
4.
Add the butter and sugar mixture to the sifted flour mixture.
Add milk, yogurt and vanilla essence.
Fold it in but dont over stir.
Add chopped walnuts.
5.
Put batter into greased cake mould and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
Put a knife in the middle of it if it comes out clean it means its ready.
Let brownies cool in the pan.
Cut into squares when cooled completely.
Serve hot, with ice cream if desired.
OPTIONAL: Sprinkle rum on brownie
