1 1/2 ounces sherry
1 egg
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
Sprint of cayenne pepper

1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Include sherry, egg, powdered sugar, and pepper.
3. Shake.
4. Pressure into a cocktail glass.
