Big Batch O Bacon
Ingredients:

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Place slices of bacon in a single layer on the baking sheet with the edges just touching.
Bake in the oven until bacon achieves desired level of crispness, roughly 10-15 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven and drain off excess grease.
Remove bacon to paper towel-covered platter to finish draining.
Tips: You can sprinkle some brown sugar on in the last 5 minutes of baking yum!
For extra large batches, use 2 baking sheets and swap shelf location halfway through.
If you want to use thinner bacon, keep a close eye on it and shorten bake time if necessary.
If you have an ovenproof wire cooling rack, you can place it in your baking sheet, thereby letting the grease drain off of the bacon as it cooks.
