Passion Fruit Sauce
Ingredients:
passion-fruit juice, yellow, raw
sugars, granulated
orange juice, raw
alcoholic beverage, distilled, rum, 80 proof
Directions:
Pour the passion fruit juice into a small saucepan.
Add the sugar, orange juice, and rum, and cook over high heat until the sugar has melted and the sauce has thickened, 5 to 7 minutes.
Transfer to a bowl and chill in the refrigerator.
