Blackberry Vodka Cordial
Ingredients:
blackberries, raw
sugars, granulated
alcoholic beverage, distilled, vodka, 80 proof
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a jar/ container.
Place the jar in a cool dark place for 24 hours, turning occasionally to combine.
Strain into a bottle.
Store in refrigerator.
Serve with soda water.
Discarded berries very good over ice cream!
