seeds, flaxseed
seeds, chia seeds, dried
spices, cinnamon, ground

Directions:
2 big spoons of sweet potato heat it up a bit then mix in flax, chia and cinnamon.
Cinnamon can be more I use a lot it is a great metabolism booster.
finally add in your berries, handful blueberries, 5 raspberries, 5 blackberries, 8 almonds.
