Butterless Pecan Muffins
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
nuts, pecans
sugars, brown
egg, white, raw, fresh
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
oil, canola
butter, without salt
candies, caramels
Directions:
Combine flour, pecans and Splenda brown sugar in a mixing bowl; set aside.
Mix together egg white, milk, oil and extracta; add all at once to flour mixture.
Stir only until dry ingredients are moistened.
Spoon into greased muffin pan, filling 3/4 full.
Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
