orange juice, raw
pineapple juice, canned or bottled, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
alcoholic beverage, distilled, rum, 80 proof
Directions:
Mix together and shake the first 4 ingredients.
Pour over ice in a glass and float the Myer's on top.
