1 ounce sugar syrup
1 ounce bitter blend
1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add pineapple juice, sugar syrup, and sour mix.
3. Stir.
4. Strain into a cocktail glass.
5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
