2 ounces pineapple juice
1 ounce sugar syrup
1 ounce bitter blend

1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Insert pineapple juice, sugar syrup, and bitter merge.
3. Stir.
4. Stress into a cocktail glass.
5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
