Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
butter, without salt
nuts, walnuts, english
sugars, granulated
sugars, brown
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
water, bottled, generic

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Sift or stir together the flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, salt, and cocoa.
Stir in the milk and butter (and nuts if using).
Spread into a greased 9X13 pan.
Stir the 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 1/4 cup cocoa together and sprinkle over the batter.
Pour the water over top.
Bake for 40 minutes.
During baking, the cake rises and the fudge sauce settles to the bottom.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
