butter, without salt
onions, raw
beef, grass-fed, ground, raw
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat
Directions:
Heat butter, add in flour, blend.
Add in lowfat milk till almost thick.
Add in chip beef.
Serve on toast.
Scrambled egg goes nicely with this dish.
