GREEN FIZZ

2 ounces dry gin
1 teaspoon green crème de menthe
1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
1 egg white
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Club soda

1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Include gin, crème de menthe, powdered sugar, egg white, and lemon.
3. Shake.
4. Pressure into a highball glass.
5. Fill with club soda.
