Egg Free Cake or Muffins
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
vanilla extract
water, bottled, generic
oil, olive, salad or cooking
Directions:
pre heat the oven 200 degrees c.
mix the sugar and flour first.
mix the water and vanilla add to dry ingredients.
add oil
the mix will create a batter that you pour or spoon into muffin cases and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
you can add fruit or substitute 1 cup of flour for coco powder for chocolate cake.
