Festive Popcorn Balls
Ingredients:
snacks, popcorn, air-popped (unsalted)
cereals, oats, regular and quick, unenriched, cooked with water (includes boiling and microwaving), without salt
oil, corn, peanut, and olive
syrups, corn, light
sugars, granulated
butter, without salt
peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
Directions:
In a large greased bowl, combine the popcorn, cereal and M&M's; set aside.
In a heavy saucepan, combine the corn syrup, sugar and butter.
Cook and stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved.
Add peanut butter; stir until blended.
Pour over popcorn mixture; toss gently to coat.
Spread into a greased 15-in.
x 10-in.
x 1-in.
pan.
Cool before cutting.
