Apple Pie Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
oats
yogurt, greek, plain, nonfat
beverages, protein powder whey based
seeds, chia seeds, dried
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
applesauce, canned, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid (includes usda commodity)
spices, cinnamon, ground
Directions:
Mix together rolled oats, yogurt, chia seeds, milk & vanilla protein powder.
Add a dash of cinnamon then topped with applesauce.
Refrigerate overnight and grab on your way out!
