Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip

Ingredients:
butter, without salt
sugars, brown
vanilla extract
cheese, parmesan, hard
sugars, powdered
mini semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,

Directions:
In a small saucepan, melt butter with brown sugar.
Stir continuously until brown sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla and set aside.
Beat cream cheese and sugar for one minute.
Slowly beat in cooled butter mixture and beat again for another minute.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour into serving bowl and refrigerate.
