16 ounces pineapple juice
8 ounces orange juice
6 entire cloves
3 complete allspice berries
2 cinnamon sticks
Rind of 2 oranges
1/2 teaspoon salt
32 ounces crimson wine
1. Pour water, brown sugar, pineapple juice, and orange juice in a heavy nonaluminum saucepan.
2. Add cloves, allspice, 2 cinnamon sticks, and salt.
3. Add orange rinds.
4. Deliver blend to a boil.
5. reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
6. Add wine.
7. Warm to only boiling and remove versus heat.
8. Serve scorching with a cinnamon adhere for garnish.
