Old Fashioned Shortcake
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
sugars, brown
butter, without salt
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.
Place in oven at 350F and cook until golden brown on top and a tooth pick comes out clean.
(Do not go by time I have written down, go by the brownness of your cake).
