Wasabi Mashed Potatoes from Kikkoman
Ingredients:
potatoes, raw, skin
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
butter, without salt
wasabi, root, raw
Directions:
Cut potatoes into 1-inch pieces, place potatoes in large pot of cold salted water.
Boil until tender, about 20 minutes.
Drain.
Return to pot; mash.
Add milk and butter to potatoes.
Beat potatoes until fluffy and smooth; add Wasabi Sauce.
