2 1/2 ounces scotch
1/2 ounce curacao
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1/4 ounce sugar syrup
2 1/2 ounces club soda
1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Incorporate scotch, curacao, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and club soda.
3. Stir.
4. Pressure into 2 chilled martini eyeglasses.
5. Garnish with a flame orange peel.
