Milky Rich Sandwich Bread Loaf

Ingredients:
wheat flours, bread, unenriched
sugars, granulated
milk, canned, condensed, sweetened
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
butter, without salt
salt, table
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry

Directions:
Add the ingredients while measuring atop a scale.
Place the dry yeast in it's appropriate place and start the dough-making course.
If you want to leave it all to your bread maker use the quick-bake course and a lightly-toasted color.
Separate into two, make into round shapes, cover with wrap and let sit for 15 minutes.
Spread it out and remove the gas.
Make a three-way fold.
Then stretch it out a bit.
Roll it up into a ball.
Be sure to close it tightly.
Do the same with the other one.
If your pan isn't non-stick type then coat with a little bit of oil.
Add the dough, spray with water, and use the bread-rising function on your oven to second rise at 35C for 35 minutes.
It's okay once it's expanded to 80% of the pan.
Close with a lid and bake in the preheated oven at 200C for 25 minutes.
Open the lid and drop down to remove the bread, and place on a rack to cool.
