2 ounces club soda
1 teaspoon sugar
2 1/2 ounces sherry
1/2 ounce orange juice

1. Fill a double aged-shaped glass with beaten ice.
2. Insert club soda, sugar, sherry, and orange juice.
3. Garnish with fruit.
