Spanish Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
sugars, granulated
cornstarch
water, bottled, generic
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
Directions:
Blend the sugar and cocoa together.
In a medium sized saucepan, dissolve the cornstarch in the water.
Add the cocoa and sugar and stir until a smooth paste is made.
Over medium heat, add the milk a little at a time while whisking.
Simmer the chocolate for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Serve hot.
