Gluten-Free Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients:
oats
leavening agents, baking soda
salt, table
sugars, brown
sugars, granulated
raisins, seeded
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
rice, white, long-grain, regular, unenriched, cooked without salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine the first 5 ingredients (oats through sugar) in a food processor or blender (I used a Ninja).
Pulse to combine.
Put the raisins, oil and milk into a bowl and then mix in the dry ingredients mixture.
Using a tablespoon, scoop dough onto a greased cookie sheet spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 6 minutes then remove from oven and allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.
