Berry Quinoa
Ingredients:
beverages, almond milk, unsweetened, shelf stable
quinoa, uncooked
goji berries, dried
spices, cinnamon, ground
syrup, maple, canadian
Directions:
Bring quinoa & almond milk to a boil in pan.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Stir in berries & cinnamon.
Top with blueberry syrup.
Makes 1 1/4 cups (5PP).
