Basic Sponge

Ingredients:
wheat flours, bread, unenriched
sugars, granulated
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
water, bottled, generic

Directions:
Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife.
Place all the ingredients in a food processor, and process for 1 minute or until well-blended.
Spoon mixture into a medium bowl; cover and chill sponge for 2 to 24 hours.
