Easy Beer Bread
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, brown
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
alcoholic beverage, beer, regular, all
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray.
Place dry ingredients in a medium bowl and stir to mix.
Add beer and stir just until flour is incorporated.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve with butter.
