Easy to Roll Pastry
Ingredients:
lard
water, bottled, generic
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
Directions:
Mix baking powder, salt and flour in a large bowl.
In another bowl, dissolve lard in boiling water.
Add dry ingredients and stir well.
Cover with foil and refrigerate over night.
