Cheddar Cayenne Twists (Abm)
Ingredients:
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
wheat flours, bread, unenriched
cheese, cheddar
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
mustard, prepared, yellow
salt, table
water, bottled, generic
water, bottled, generic
spices, paprika
Directions:
Add all ingredients except paprika in the order your bread machine requires.
Set on dough setting.
When machine beeps, remove from machine, left rest 5 minutes.
Cut dough in half.
On lightly floured work surface, roll out dough into a 1./4 inch rectangle.
Cut lengthwise into 1/4 inch wide strips, 6 inches long.
Gently twist and place on lightly greased baking pans.
Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
Remove from oven and cool on wire rack.
