Au Gratin Potatoes (Pillsbury) Recipe

Ingredients:
margarine, regular, 80% fat, composite, stick, without salt
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
salt, table
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat
cheese, cheddar
cheese, parmesan, hard
potatoes, raw, skin
bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
margarine, regular, 80% fat, composite, stick, without salt

Directions:
Heat oven to 350iF.
In medium saucepan, heat 1/4 c. margarine; stir in flour and salt.
Add in lowfat milk.
Cook till mix boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
Stir in cheeses and potatoes.
Pour into greased 2 qt casserole dish.
Combine crumbs with margarine; sprinkle over potatoes.
Cover; bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till bubbly.
