Green Onion and Dill Quinoa
Ingredients:
quinoa, uncooked
water, bottled, generic
onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
dill weed, fresh
lemon juice, raw
spices, garlic powder
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
Directions:
Rinse and drain quinoa.
Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
Add quinoa to pan; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 13 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Stir in green onions, dill, lemon juice, garlic, kosher salt, and pepper.
