4 c. sliced, pared apples (if possible yellow delightful)
1/2 c. unsweetened apple juice emphasis (do not dilute)
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch or tapioca
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon or apple pie spice


Mixture thickener, concentration, and spices. Pour more than apple slices to coat properly. Pour into crust-covered pie plate. Best with being crust. Bake at 425 amounts above 45 minutes right up until crust is golden and apples are gentle.
