Eat This! Salt Potatoes!
Ingredients:
water, bottled, generic
potatoes, raw, skin
salt, table
Directions:
Bring 16 cups of water to boil in a big pot.
I use my stock pot.
Scrub your potatoes!
When the water is boiling add the salt then the potatoes.
Boil for 30 minutes.
Remove from heat and drain.
Done!
You could get fancy with this and melt some butter, add chives and some pepper.
Then cut up your potatoes pour the melted butter all over it and then serve it up on a pretty platter but whos got time for that?
I eat them out of the collander!
