Sweet Potato Biscuits

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
sweet potato, raw, unprepared
butter, without salt
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In a separate, large bowl, mix the sweet potatoes and butter.
Add the flour mixture to the potato mixture and mix to make a soft dough.
