Ingredients:
snacks, popcorn, air-popped (unsalted)
spices, chili powder
oil, corn, peanut, and olive
cheese, parmesan, hard

Directions:
Place popcorn in large bowl; sprinkle with chili powder.
Add remaining ingredients; toss lightly.
