Ange's Awesome Pizza Base
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
salt, table
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
water, bottled, generic
Directions:
Place flour, salt and yeast in processor.
When mixed, slowly pour hot tap water in processor.
When combined, take out and place on floured surface.
Work dough a little, then place in bowl.
Cover with clean tea towel and put in a warm room for at least an hour.
Roll out.
