Asparagus With Lemon Butter Recipe

butter, without salt
lemon juice, raw
Directions:
Steam the asparagus till tender but crisp, about 10 min, and plunge into cool water to stop the cooking and set the color.
Heat the butter in a small saucepan and stir in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Refrigeratethe asparagus and pour the lemon butter over them prior to transporting.
Serves 8 to 10.
